I absolitely love it. The water is sooo clear it's fantastic. The angle of this shot is really nice. You get this almost alone type of feeling. It's also a very calm and peaceful shot, like you don't have to be scared. I'd kind of liked to see a bit more of the landscape not just the stairs and water. More of the area could of added to this. Or, if you would of taken like 3 pictures and made a collage. The specific angle of the stairs kind of bugs me, maybe if you moved to the right more?

Great job on this photo! I like it a lot.

It's a secret ;)
haha I'm just kidding. It's along Dallas Road, kind of hard to explain where. It's in the dog park area and there is a kind of hidden walkway down to the stairs.

i love the angle and which it was taken, and how the water looks. That looks like a good thinking place.

the shot was mostly dry. although it is appreciable, that the photographer did not try to corrupt the shot by using any photoshop editing like most of us do nowadays. the use of an editing tool is recommended for this shot.
the angle is nice and with the elements in the shot the photographer did do a good job. but there is a general lack of ingenuity and imagination. i believe the photographer's effort could have been deviated for a better subject.
while i laud the photographers ability to take a good shot. this shot as perfectly put in the title is cold.

It's not my job to open up ones imagination, though. I simply use my imagination to take a picture and let my viewers use their own imaginations to create what they want to see.
Thanks, though.

I must be cold hearted because I'm really drawn to this photo! The angle of the stairs makes you want to just run down them...but the water does look kind of cold!

Running down them is exactly what I did :)
Thank you, it was probably freezing. It's rare to see an ocean with this colour, hence why I chose the name :)

I love the perspective of the swooping staircase and the water... it seems almost surreal, the way you've positioned the camera. I can't explain it, but this is beautiful.
